Travel to Fayoum, a fertile oasis located west of Cairo, an oasis city that dates back to the Pharaonic era. Visit the Lake Qarun, a natural saltwater lake that is home to various birds and fish. Then, see the Wadi El Rayan, a protected area that features waterfalls, sand dunes, and wildlife.
